Jeffrey has served as a  District Court Officer,  Juvenile Probation Officer/Probate, staff Firefighter and EMT, Police Officer, Defense Attorney Aide, Ambassador -Port Arthur TX 1983-4, and member board of directors for Convention Visitors Bureau, Port Arthur TX.

Jeffrey has achieved the degree of 6th degree black belt and is a member of Black Dragon Fighting Society, Koushua Federation Republic of China, PKA-Professional Karate Association, American Kung Fu Association, and the Philipino Arnis Association. He was a self defense martial arts instructor and counselor for abused and battered women's groups in Michigan.
